The Northern Colorado Chapter of ARMA (NoCO) would like to offer you the opportunity to promote and position your company for success.
NoCO ARMA is comprised of members representing major employers in the Fort Collins, Loveland, Greeley, Longmont, Boulder, North Denver and surrounding areas, many of whom play a decision-making role in the purchasing of products and services for the organizations which they represent. By sponsoring NoCO ARMA, you are increasing the visibility of your organization with our members.
Your organization’s sponsorship will help support chapter program meetings, workshops and seminars that present a variety of educational topics and networking sessions for NoCO ARMA members and attendees Sponsors will afford NoCO ARMA the opportunity to bring in regional and nationally acclaimed speakers who will present on current and relevant topics in the field of Records and Information Management and Information Governance.
We are extending the opportunity for you to sponsor NoCO ARMA’s chapter year. Please review the sponsorship packages below. We hope that you decide to participate. If so, please complete and return the Vendor Sponsorship Order form by October 17, 2014 with your logo so it may be included in promotional communications. Payment can be made via our website at www.northerncoloradoarma.org or by check payable to Northern Colorado ARMA. Please send the check or money order and form to Northern Colorado ARMA, P.O. Overview of Business Partner Program Benefits
NoCO Chapter of ARMA’s Business Partners receive benefits based on the type of sponsorship in the Business Partner Program. Those benefits can include-the following:
Profile Page on the Chapter website providing members with your company logo, contact information, business description and link to your website;
Opportunities to sponsor certain Chapter events;
Specific mention at sponsored meeting(s) with opportunity to speak about your company/services;
Invitations to attend certain Chapter events;
Seminar or Workshop Business Partner Expo opportunity
White paper article opportunities for website
□ $300 Sponsor Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner or Networking chapter meeting or event
□ $150 Sponsor chapter meeting
□ $100 Website advertisement (October 2014 – August 2015)
□ $250 Vendor Booth at workshop/Seminar
NoCo Chapter Event Descriptions
The Chapter holds 1-2 networking events during our program year. Business Partners will have an opportunity to interact with fellow members in a casual social environment. The Business Partner that is sponsoring the event will have an opportunity to present for 5- 10 minutes to the group of attendees. This setting fosters the development of relationships with Chapter members. The Business Partner will be highlighted in promotional material and on the chapter website for the meeting being sponsored.
o If you are not the BP sponsoring the event, then the Chapter requests that any other BP/member attending the networking event refrain from using that event as a sales and marketing opportunity for their business out of respect of the sponsored BP.
Seminar/Workshop Business Partner Expo
Each year the Chapter typically hosts an annual Seminar/Business Partner Expo. The Expo provides Business Partners an opportunity to provide information about their services and products and an opportunity to network with decision makers from NoCo Chapter of ARMA representing all types of organizations. All Business Partners are provided a booth for this Expo; meals during the event, and the opportunity to interact with Chapter members. Business Partners are given the opportunity to make a 5 minute presentation, meet, greet and network with members. The Business Partner will be highlighted in promotional material and on the chapter website for the meeting being sponsored.
The NoCO Chapter holds an average of 7-8 educational meetings throughout the year for its members. These meetings include a speaker or other educational presentation along with Chapter announcements and other membership agenda items. These programs are sponsored by select Business Partners who are given the opportunity to make a 5 minute presentation, meet, greet and network with members. The NoCO Chapter of ARMA reserves the right to choose certain speakers who are, or quality to be, Business Partners to speak at educational meetings and other events. The Business Partner will be highlighted in promotional material and on the chapter website for the meeting being sponsored.
Company name, logo, contact info, promotional description and link to company website to appear on Business Partner page of the chapter website for a full chapter year.
Payments may be made by Visa or MasterCard by contacting the chapter Treasurer at firstname.lastname@example.org. Checks should be made payable to Northern Colorado ARMA and sent to the current Chapter Treasurer, PO Box 110, Fort Collins, CO 80522. Should payment not be received in the prescribed time frame, the requested type of sponsorship and date may be forfeited and offered to another Business Partner. Payment is due within 10 working days from the date of application.
The Northern Colorado Chapter values its relationships with all Business Partners. As a result, we continuously solicit input from our partners and review our programs for areas of improvement. These programs are subject to change.
